For months I've clicked "update podcast" and found no new Solowargaming files. Today I see that you're back in action.
Welcome back, Deano!

I really enjoyed this podcast and look forward to hearing what you have to say on the "Setting up a wargames campaign" book that you unfortunately ran out of time for! I think running campaigns are where solo wargaing cant be beat!
cheers

I have a suggestion too - the use of kids to asisst with Solo wargames would be a good topic for discussion. I recall reading Donald Featherstone somewhere where he talkied about involving your kids in your solo games and thus training your future opponents! (plus spending time with them) Giving them orders to execute and then watching them move things a bit differently to how you intended simulated subordinates misunderstanding, using the local features and other minor variations. Someitme of course they arent so minor, which is a randomising event in itself! I dont know if that topic is a whole show's worth , but its an intersting aspect to solo gaming - with others!
cheers and best wishes,
Paul
