Thanks! I will be listening to this in the shop tomorrow. Keep up the good work.
anymore podcasts on the way soon?
respectfully,
Jason
When's the next show? This is great stuff!
Thanks for the inquiries. I got a little burned out from some negative comments on TMP and was contemplating leaving well enough alone but it feels good to know that real Solo Wargamers really appreciate the show, so I've simply decided to skip announcing them on TMP. The next episode should be up by the end of the week, I'm picking back up with Wargames Campaigns for the Solo Wargamer!

Just started listening to your podcast. Burned Episdoes 1 & 2 to disc to listen to them on the drive to and from work today. Very interesting topics, and I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the episodes.
Hope you produce more. Stuff the nay-sayers! :-)

Are you planning on doing anymore podcasts. Thanks for your efforts and for taking solowargaming to the next level. Keep it going....

Deano! I sure hope you keep the podcasts coming. I am a solo-wargamer by default because there are not very many wargamers where I come from. I live in Nebraska, and if you are outside of Lincoln or Omaha, there really arn't any wargaming stores of note. Everything I do has to be from a "solo" perspective, or has to be simple enough for the kids in my neighborhood that see that I'm doing something kinda cool. Anyway, thanks and keep it up. You really have a good show and I can't wait until I hear your voice again.
Thanks again, and keep it coming!
Bert
Very good podcasts. This has really given me a better idea of how to play solo games, which I've always wanted to do but only pulled off once.
It would be nice to see your list of top games according to category on your website.

Hi Deano
Any more episodes coming? It's good stuff and I want more.
Cheers/Thomas in Sweden
I hope to post a new Episode after GENCON.
I am really appreciative of all the kind comments and didn't think the show would be missed following some negative remarks I received on TMP about "reading" review that people could just have downloaded.
Another reason for the layoff has been my inability to pick up my campaign primer. I can't find the resources to pick up where I left off and I hate to move on and leave it undone. Though I have some great ideas for some shows once i get over that hurdle.
So we shall see but I definitely INTEND to resume the show.
Sincerely
Deano Ware
Good to hear that there is more to come!

THanks for the review - I am the designer of vietnam solitaire. I have another new game that you can try out if you want - just contact me on my geekmail at BGG. My user name is kerpob2
While I'm at it - could you put the review on the vietnam solitaire game site on BGG please?
Deano- I look forward to the next installment. Good Stuff!

Deano,
I'd really love to see this podcast resume. Your earlier show on Campaign Ideas was easily one of the most interesting podcasts I have ever heard; and I listen to 25-30 board game and wargame related podcasts.
I'm sure that putting together these podcasts is a lot of hard work, so I can understand if time constraints are your reason for stopping. But don't let a few idiots on TMP get you down. There are lots of great people on TMP, but plenty of jerks as well who delight in bashing other people to make themselves seem hobby savvy or smarter than the "common folk". If you love doing this, ignore the naysayers and stick with what you love. There are those of us who appreciate what you do!
Take care,
Steve
